Covid hasn’t been kind to the waist line and needed the help of a PT. Having been recommended to Adam he worked out a tailored plan for my needs, his circuit training gave an all over body workout which was adapted to my fitness level. I feel full of energy and looking forward to my next session.

After having a baby I wanted to get back into fitness. These classes are great as I can bring my little one along. The classes are baby friendly and there were lots of soft cushions and toys to keep the babies happy whilst you work out. We did a combination of circuits, cardio and boxing so worked all areas of the body. Ad is great at keeping the class motivated, would recommend!

A great PT session from Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable and really supportive. He guided me through each exercise, making sure my body was in the correct positions - clearly I have been doing exercises wrong for a few years! He made it fun, relaxed and enjoyable - something I’ve never really said about exercise. He also gave me some nutrition advice alongside to help me on my journey. I left the session feeling motivated and so much better about myself - just what I needed. Thank you Adam!

Fun and challenging circuit classes, Adam is supportive and motivating - and the best part is exercises can be modified to suit fitness levels or to include babies if needed!
