Silvia is one of the best yoga teachers I came across. She encourages you to challenge yourself, try new asanas yet remains patient and kind as she understands each person's yoga journey is unique. Whether you're a beginner or a yogi professional, you'll never find Sylvia's class boring.

Sylvia's Yin Yoga sessions are excellent, and anyone considering this particular yoga practice, which helps increase suppleness and flexibility, whilst being low impact, should definitely give her a try! I highly recommend her! After 9 months of private yoga sessions at Amari Yoga Studios with my husband I have to say that it has made a huge difference to my lower back issues.

I practice yoga weekly at Amari Yoga Studios in Horsham and I love it. I feel relaxed as soon as I enter the studio. It has a very calming effect on me just to be there.
