  • After having 3 babies in close succession I asked Amanda to help with strengthening my core so I could be stronger than I was before (pre-children I had a good fitness level). Through Amanda, I’ve have gone back to basics and I have developed a much stronger core. It was tested recently with a few days of hard labour, which would normally leave my back in pain for days but I’ve felt nothing! Thank you Amanda!

  • Been going to Amanda’s circuit sessions for over a year now and really love them. No two sessions are the same and every week there’s a new exercise I’ve never even seen before. Amanda makes me work hard but she is also supportive and her encouragement drives me do a bit more than I thought I could.   • Amanda has been transformative for my well-being both physically and mentally. In just a few months she has helped me achieve fitness goals that I knew were possible but had never previously found the motivation to attempt. Her professional knowledge combined with her personal approach make every training session laser-focused but also enjoyable. A true find.

  • I jumped at the chance last year when covid rules allowed Amanda to run outdoor circuit's and PTs. She is always there with advice and ensures that you have your technique correct to avoid any injury and to get the best results. Gives options if you require an alternative exercise. Circuit's have been a great class (even in the dark and the rain!) You never quite know what that session will entail, which is great that it is always varied and between a more cardio based and a strength based...

  • I have been working out with Amanda for a while now (in person and online) and she is great. She really knows her stuff and her new gym is wonderful. I move around a fair bit but I always end up coming back to Amanda. I don't especially enjoy working out but Amanda is always full of energy and helps to keep me motivated to keep going. Highly recommended!
