Great gym. Equipment is first class. Focus is on plate machines rather than cable and is all the better for it. If you are looking to gain strength and/or size then this is the place to do it!

Not a review of the gym as such but Emma, the owner, went above and beyond to support me in developing my own business. Great person and from what I see from afar, the gym/performance centre looks amazing and has so much going on to help people develop whether that be educationally via courses or getting their arses in to train.
