Chris isn't just a PT, he becomes so invested in your journey of fitness and pushes you to get to where you want to be. I've beeb seeing Chris on and off for years, i struggle with my health and often need time away from the gym, but i can rest easy knowing that Chris doesn't judge you for time away from the gym or training. I'd tried a couple of different personal trainers before reaching out to Chris. I'd never been so motivated, driven and focused to meet my fitness goals. I gained serious muscle and rapidly improved my overall fitness. He's such a friendly, funny, easy-going guy and so easy to talk to so workouts were always focused but fun. Absolutely reccomend Chris if you're looking for a knowledgeable, experienced PT.

I worked with DNA fitness and Chris specifically to prepare for the British Army in my role as a member of the infantry. Chris did such a good job that I continued to train with him for all 5 years of my service career. Chris has an exceptional knowledge of different training styles and dietary requirements and relishes the challenge of customising training plans and sessions to meet any goal. I would highly recommend training with DNA fitness for what ever your fitness goal maybe.
