I did the 6 week transformation programme and loved every minute. The ALM fitness family has a great community vibe and caters for all fitness levels. I felt my fitness increase just after one week in the programme. Such a friendly and encouraging environment in which to get fit and stay motivated. I wasn't sure about signing up but wouldn't hesitate to recommend particularly if you find it difficult to stay motivated. Trainers are excellent.

I have been a member of various gyms over the years and enjoy exercise. However I had hit a plateau. I joined ALM in April this year and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my physical and mental health.
