I have been working with Adam for around 4 months now going through my first bulking phase. What seemed a really daunting thing to do, Adam has made it really easy and been super supportive through out. Adam is a fantastic PT, he is motivating, encouraging and has a positive attitude! He listens to what you want & will adapt sessions to suit your needs. I have started to regain my confidence as i’ve began to see changes in my body over the last 3 months and I could honestly not recommend Adam enough!

I have been training with Adam in his Bootcamp and with 1:1 sessions for 6 months. My main goals are weight loss and toning. In that time I have made more progress than years of trying on my own, and dare I say it with other PTs! Adam is a top bloke, as a trainer he is invested in your success. He motivates you and is there to answer any questions you have and reassure you when you think you can't do anymore. Adam helped me reach my goals even at the age of 42 years young.
