Am only leaving this review as this place came up when I was looking for a behaviourist for one of my dogs. I took my eldest here when he was a puppy for grooming. First time the cut was fine and he came back a happy boy, second time I don't know what happened to him, but he came back an absolute nervous wreck, he was shaking so much that it took me ages to calm him down and ever since this experience he has hated going to the groomers, so much so that I now have to cut him myself and he is...

Been going for around 10 years. Made a recent appointment then spent an hour walking back and to from my home with our dog as they've now moved to Red Marsh Industrial Estate which nobody thought to tell me when I booked! When I rang to complain the person I spoke to could not have cared less or been any more dismissive, as apparently it was my fault for not being a regular customer within the last 6 months as I would have known. Adele is amazing, she is fabulous with dogs and the best groomers. My dog has been going to her for 12 years and I would not go anywhere else.

My pup had his first haircut, wow he looks fantastic. so pleased we got it right the first time. Very professional and caring. Highly recommend.

Excellent free assessment no pressure and lots of advice. Rates are good and i saw immediate improvement on my Charlie's demeanor.
