Cathy is such an amazing trainer! She is full of encouragement and knowledge. I have been training for a few months with her and have hit my goal of lifting my own body weight and on a new target now of pull ups ๐ช๐ผ You donโt just get the training but the nutritional help too which is what I always struggled with until now ! I would highly recommend all women health and fitness to anyone ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

I have been working with Cathy, one on one for 6 weeks. Having back problems I never thought I would be lifting the weights I am now! Cathy has managed to tailor my sessions to best accommodate my bad back with plenty of deep stretching and keeping a careful eye on what works for me. My back is definitely feeling better for the work we have put in and I feel my posture improving.
