Alison is amazing. This was out of my comfort zone and she made me feel right at home! She helped get my diet on track and build my fitness up for my running and black belt requirements and I will be forever grateful for that. She is knowledgeable and friendly, helping outside of the allotted training times with encouragement and accountability. Cannot recommend enough x

I'd definitely recommend Alison as a personal trainer she will easily put together a fitness regime tailer made to suit what you want to gain. Losing weight, gaining muscle etc. Alison encouraged me and when I was ready for it pushed me to achieve more. I thought I knew about nutrition but a few apps recommended by Alison to track my food I could see nutritional how well or not I was eating. Food and fitness go together after all.

Alison is excellent and takes a holistic approach to health and fitness. She knows her stuff and is pleasant and approachable- no question is too silly, and she is eager to pass on her expertise. I would recommend her to help you teach your goals

I have been working with Alison to raise my fitness levels and reduce my weight during my preparation for black belt testing mma. She has been amazing. Her nutrition advice and help during and outside our sessions has been first class, so much so that I have just signed up for a further 12 weeks!

I worked with Alison for 6 months and found her to be passionate about helping others and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Alison was supportive throughout, always there when needed, always listening and giving advice. There's none of this waiting a week for your weekly meeting and weigh in! I followed a tailored macro plan, which is a flexible eating plan, so as long as I hit my daily calories, protein and fat, I could eat what I wanted. I ate so much food and lost weight – how does...
