I have been training with Alison for over a year. She has designed bespoke workout programmes adapted to my busy schedule, my goals and previous injuries. Always pushing me for an extra rep and correcting my posture, I have quickly seen and felt the result. Her App is wonderful and has kept me motivated when training alone.

Alison is a fantastic PT! She first assessed my fitness levels, mobility and strength standards. She then asked me what my goals were and tailored made my own structured training regime. She provides an app which designs the training programme so you can track yourself with your workout records and nutrition goals to help you stay on track.
