I have been suffering for 4 years with constant back pain,. After a few sessions, I have started to feel much better and I have been able to start working out again. Really amazing work. I would highly recommend.

I have been visiting James at Align for several years and he works wonders! With an on-going back issue, I always come out better than I went in, particularly when I am having a bad flare up. He is also great at recommending managing exercises. The location is so convenient too!

After an initial assessment James talked me through where the problem areas were and the treatment process …… after just one treatment there was so much difference and by the end of that week I was almost pain free!!
