I've just completed the Level 1 meditation course and have absolutely lover the experience. Ben is an excellent teacher, open to answering any questions and does an amazing job at helping you troubleshoot any meditation issues you are having. I was conflicted about being able to make the time on a work day to attend the class as I have a busy job, however a friend recommended the course and found myself wanting to prioritise me over work. Just that is a huge achievement. The classes were supportive, friendly and accessible with no pressure if didn’t manage to meditate as much as I’d hope between classes

Absolutely loved this introductory course to meditation (level 1) I had never tried meditation before and Ben created such a safe space to explore and understand more about it. In just 4 short weeks I’ve noticed improvement in my sleep and know that there are many more benefits to come with consistent meditation! Thanks Ben ☺️

I’ve been going to Ben for over a year now. Since Ben introduced me to meditation and a different lifestyle to help calm my mind and help with anxiety it has transformed the way I think in times that I would have previously let my thoughts spiral. I have been doing one on one meditation classes with Ben for six months. Ben is an excellent meditation teacher. He guides you from your starting point, which makes working meditation into your day very manageable.
