Alex is a great personal trainer! I had been looking for somebody to help me feel more confident in my body and get in shape. While I've been to the gym a lot before, I needed some help from a trainer to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly as well as to challenge me. And that is exactly what Alex did! Alex is an excellent PT and truly catered to my individual training needs. He asks the important questions such as goals and which part I would like to work on. As someone with a hectic work schedule, Alex always manages to be flexible with timings which is crucial for me and also includes multiple different training that I could do throughout the week prior to the next session.
