I cannot recommend alex enough, i have been going to her for eight weeks now & i feel the difference so much in my body. As a beginner in the gym she is patient & understanding & explains everything throughout. She pushes you so you can reach your goal. The 6 week plan is great too as the food is flexible & the exercises are easy to fit in your work/life schedule. Xxx

Alex is just THE BEST!! I started the gym after a 9 stone weight loss from weight loss surgery and wanted to tone (as much as I could) and needed help with a healthy balanced diet. Alex took onboard everything I told her about amounts I can eat and she tailored a diet plan perfectly to me. She made me feel so at ease in the gym as I was so nervous about joining. Alex is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve lost three stone through personal training sessions with Alex and my body has never been in better shape. I can’t not have Alex in my gym life! Brilliant service, very welcoming and friendly. Keeps you on track and has your very best interests at heart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’ve been with Alex for coming up to three years! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Not only is Alex amazing at what she does she’s an amazing person too!
