Alex completely understood my personal circumstances and designed my plan to cater for it. My goal was to tone, strengthen, and slowly build muscle mass with all over body workouts and we achieved this. My plans were a good mixture of working different body parts which really kept me interested. Alex is a very professional, experienced and knowledgeable PT. He takes time to understand and listen to what you want and need from your training sessions and he tailors the workouts accordingly. Sessions are challenging AND fun with an emphasis on developing and building solid technique... 3 months into training with Alex and I'm feeling fitter, stronger and motivated again!

I've been training with Alex for over 6 months now, and it's been a total body transformation journey - I've gone from a 100% couch potato to doing an hour's high intensity workout ending in an uphill sprint. He's pretty tough - pushing hard in the sessions, and also checking up on my daily steps, my vitamin intake, macros, sleep etc. But he's also great at working around any injuries and illnesses, and helping you bounce back to recovery. I trained with Alex ahead of an event to get to the best possible shape - he certainly pushed me to my limit! Every session was a challenge but I was very happy with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a body transformation and a strong motivator to get there ;) Doesn't hurt that he's a funny guy too!
