  • I’d wholeheartedly recommend training with Alex due to his positive approach to fitness and his extensive knowledge about the different ways to train. Alex is able to keep every session interesting and I feel as though we never do the same session twice.   • I have been training with Alex for almost 4 years now once a week and could not recommend his services highly enough. Thanks to the large array of equipment he brings to each session, no two sessions are the same and it allows him to tailor everything towards your fitness goals. Lastly Alex is easy to get along with which makes the experience as enjoyable as exercise can be! I would highly recommend Alex and his services.

  • Alex is a fantastic PT. I made great progress while training with him. Alex tailors his workouts to your specific goals. The workouts are challenging but always enjoyable. There's plenty of variety to ensure you're never bored and it never gets too easy! He has a great range of weights and other equipment set up in Spencer Park so can accommodate a range of different training styles. He's also really responsive and super professional - all in all, highly recommended!
