Alchemy Fitness

I found it so difficult getting in to the habit of exercise but Holly and Poppy are the best and are so encouraging. There is a nice friendly group at GPT who make everyone feel welcome. Even though I have moved away now I miss the Alchemy team!

What a great pair of girls run this place I have been a client for 3 years plus and its almost the high point of my week, both trainers are exceptional and very experienced in what they do and make you feel relaxed in the nice atmosphere of the studio, had the hardest work out ever last night 28/2/18 thought I was going to die! I cant recommend this place enough !!!
