  • Alastair’s 30 minutes HIIT class is a short and very effective workout. It has the perfect mix of cardio, toning and strength training, and it’s like having your own personal trainer in the room! It’s convenient and a great way to keep fit.

  • I’ve now been training with Alastair for 10weeks. During this time Alastair had created a programme for me that has greatly improved my fitness. He has also found different ways to help me motivate myself and continue to progress. I’ve just renewed for a further 10 weeks. A great investment.

  • I have been working out with Alastair for almost a year now (either on zoom or in person depending on what we are allowed to do) . I am so impressed with the results ... I feel stronger and am fitter. Alastair has managed to achieve this without injury which is fantastic. He is very encouraging and positive. I always feel better after a session.   • Alastair has been a great instructor for the year or so I’ve been using him. He introduced me to the Bulgarian Bags which is the most unique work out I’ve ever done and one of the hardest - look the bags up on YouTube! Alastair varies the workouts and gently turns up the intensity according to the fitness levels that he helps improve.
