I was introduced to Alan Levi through a good friend who came highly recommended. His knowledge and experience is fantastic and provided the absolute best development program over a 6 month period for me that was tailored to my individual needs. I'm pleased to say my fitness has improved immeasurably both physically and emotionally as he also offers a great deal of ongoing mental health support and guidance.

Alan is a first rate trainer and practitioner who treats his clients with genuine empathy and a person centred approach, resulting in fantastic outcomes. I would be a hopeless and immobile diabetic mired in low mood and misery without Alan's help. Cannot recommend more highly.

Alan's wealth of knowledge is incredible. He has been helping my teenage son develop and good knowledge and awareness of physical strength, exercise plans as well as helping him fuel his body with good choices of food and supplements. We've seen a transformation in his mindset and approach to life that has extended beyond the gym and can't thank him enough for his positive influence.

I approached Alan about my sleeping disorder and found him to be very pleasantly personable, friendly and knowledgeable, and found his confidence in his ability to help extremely encouraging. Following his advice, I have come along leaps and bounds.
