As a complete beginner to exercising with weights, the 30-day trial was a great introduction. All coaches were very supportive and I didn't at any time feel I had to "keep up" with anybody. The small group training sessions really worked well for me and I enjoyed the twice weekly early morning Zoom sessions - great way to kick start your day!

This gym is genuinely the most encouraging, supportive and fun gym I’ve ever been to. They are amazing. If you’re considering a joining a gym, even if you’ve never set foot in one before, THIS IS the gym to pick!

Excellent gym!! Been coming here for a few months now. After putting off joining somewhere for ages due to a little bit off fear etc I was made totally at ease with all the coaches at AKR.super friendly environment to train! All the coaches at akr within my time of being there always take the time to ask and discuss your pesific goals. Barry.

Joining AKR Fitness is one of the best decisions that I have made. Not only has my fitness improved but also my mental health and my relationship with exercise and nutrition. Everyone at AKR is welcoming and friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. I would encourage anyone who is undecided about whether to join, to sign up for the 30 day trail. I did and I haven’t looked back!

Easily accessible gym with knowledgable and engaging coaches in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I always leave feeling energised. Highly recommend to kick start your fitness journey or keep your routine workouts varied and scalable.
