I have been training with Andrew for over 15 years now, and it's been hugely beneficial for me. He gets me to do better by calmly encouraging rather than pushing, and he is good at varying the exercises to avoid monotony. My strength, flexibility and balance have all improved, I sleep better, and I weigh the same as I did 20+ years ago. I really can't recommend Andrew highly enough.

I have been training with Andrew for over 10 years. He has helped me to maintain my physical fitness and work through foot and back problems. He is extremely professional and plans thoughtfully for all my sessions so that I get the best results. He is committed to his work and his clients and this is why we stay with him for the long term. His passion for fitness is contagious and he’s inspired me to take up running too. That was a huge success for me. I highly recommend him!

I've been working out with Andrew for many many years! He has helped me through various new activities, goals and injuries along the way. He's been flexible with my changes in schedule (often last minute) and was super quick to shift to online workouts during the pandemic which were very important to me. He has really helped me to stay consistent with working out and I became very comfortable with doing my own workouts as a result.
