AJ is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. After working with her, I started to see results extremely quickly, the like I hadn’t experienced in years. AJ is by far and away the best personal trainer I've ever had (I'm now 40 and had about 4 before). Unlike the PTs you get in gyms AJ is great value, and employs a personal, highly tailored, and passionate approach to achieving her clients' goals. The result is I am fitter than I have been in 15 years, heading towards target weight, and more knowledgeable about my diet, fitness requirements, and crucially my mental attitude towards my health (and what motivates me). Highly recommended.

So pleased to have signed up with AJ of Balance For Life. I have a fear of gyms but needed to get fit and I found AJ to be the perfect solution. Bespoke fitness training and dietary advice delivered in a personable and knowledgeable way at her well equipped and modern studio. AJ will make you work hard so don't expect an easy time, but if you're prepared to have some faith and put in the effort you'll soon start seeing results. Highly recommended.

I am glad I found AJ to train with. She is very motivating and was as enthusiastic as me in reaching my goals. I would recommend BALANCEFORLIFE to help reach fitness goals and then for maintenance. I am gonna keep going with AJ and keep things going in the right direction!
