such beautiful views here, we went a walk enjoying the quiet. When the sun was setting, the colours of the sky on the water was stunning.

One of best fisheries in Scotland, regular stocking , Big Pike and Trout will test your equipment. Highly recommend ! There is a small shop on site which have toilets and fresh coffee / tea and breakfast as well. Decent size car park , and fishing stands for disabled users , so you don't need to worry about anything. And of you forget your favourite tackles or bait , you will find them in sop as well , Happy 🐟 Fishing. !

I am a member of this club so my opinion may be biased. Had fished for years on a day ticket but my decision to take a season ticket was a great choice as you won't get value like this anywhere else. the volunteers who stock the loch and try to keep surrounding grounds litter free do a great job. the fishing can be hit and miss like anywhere else but when the fish are on the sport is great. right place right time and you will have a great day's fushing

The best stocked loch in Scotland, £12 for adults and £8 for kids, 4 fish limit and fish from dawn till dusk, it has a club house for tea coffee and various hot and cold snacks.

Only stopped here for coffee whilst cycling by as the cafe/takeaway is right on the cycle track that leads from Airdrie to Edinburgh - I think. Had a descent cup of coffee and tea whilst enjoying pleasant views across the loch. Service was excellent and prices very good for what I had. Happy to stop here again as there's plenty outdoor seating and it makes a good rest point for old weary legs!
