Starting out as a beginner can be daunting (I would know!) but you're made to feel very welcome by Patryk and Mike who are fantastic, patient and experienced teachers. Would reccomend giving it a go, you'll be hooked! There are varying levels of experience within the club, meaning you'll fit right in whatever your level. Passive martial arts suitable for nearly all ages and all genders.
