I enjoyed the 5 day course. I have done many similar courses over the years. However, this course had a better balance of theory and practice. Understanding the law around MVA is vital to putting it into practice with confidence through appropriate justification. Also having all the names and the level of intervention for each technique explained makes recording staff reactions to incidents all the easier. The fact that Ash Bullman has loads of experience in the field made him the ideal trainer.
