Love going to Adam's classes, I'm not a gym goer at all, but I enjoy using all the equipment and he makes it easy to follow and fun. We definitely have a laugh, getting those core muscles working! Looking forward to achieving even more with Adam's knowledge and guidance.

Attending Adam's classes keeps me motivated to work and strengthen my core. As a cyclist and runner we often forget that core work has big benefits to endurance comfort. Adam is very knowledgable and will tailor exercises to meet you needs. High recommended.

Adam is a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personal trainer who has helped me enormously over the past two years. I would definitely recommend his group training sessions - they provide a great opportunity to meet new friends and exercise in a fun and enjoyable environment. 1-2-1 sessions in his studio are great, where you can take advantage of fantastic equipment and push yourself to your limits. Adam is friendly and professional, and he actually makes exercise fun without me feeling like a complete idiot (I am not a natural "gym bunny"!). I shifted those annoying few pounds in time for my wedding and went on the honeymoon feeling fit and bikini-ready - brilliant! Would recommend his classes and personal training sessions to anyone wanting to get fitter.
