Natalie is a fireball of energy - even on a rainy Friday morning! The classes are energetic, fun and tailored to your own level, from beginners up to seasoned fitness fanatics. She has whipped my husband into shape with her 1;1 PT classes. She has endless patience and energy with each and every one of us and really knows her stuff!

Natalie is always full of enthusiasm, friendly and will work you hard. She takes time to learn what you want to achieve within your sessions and tailors training accordingly. Whether it’s a group class or a 1:1 session I can highly recommend Nat to help you get fit!

Natalie’s a fantastic personal trainer. She knows when to push hard and she knows how to be gentle - offering alternative options to accommodate injuries. She’s also hilarious and hugely entertaining, which is perfect for taking your mind off those last few reps. Highly recommended.

Getting back into training is hard, Natalie takes away the fear but works you to your hardest at the same time. Fun and sweat are always part of the session. Nat is relatable and totally understanding of whatever issues you may be going through while channeling that Energy, good or bad, into your best workout.
