Lovely light airy space, plenty of free.parking. friendly happy staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Very inclusive size ,age, ability etc all welcome and included.

This is a great facility that caters to everyone's needs, whether that be to make friends, improve fitness or learn a new skill.. or 20, its all here. The staff are super friendly and offer great advice and support during classes. I attend the adult hoop and silks sessions and I look forward to it every week!

This is a fantastic studio, clean bright and spacious. The poles are so high!! There are different aerial classes to suit including silks and hoops so you can decide what you want to try, at all levels, with a mix of instructors so you can learn different tips and techniques from the best most lovely team. They offer packages for classes too depending on how much you want to commit each week. The location is easy to find with safe facilities, somewhere to put your bag and coat and a car park....
