Aerial Impulse

I went to propole fitness at the beginning of January this year. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I left feeling quite empowered and extremely pleased with myself for being able to do even the most basic moves. Regular classes and an open and friendly environment. Should be more popular than it is!! I wholeheartedly recommend this studio - it has the best pole instructor in the Midlands.

I have stared attending pole fitness lessons last year in January, loved it so much that I have only every missed 5 lessons in the whole year. I have been in both Coventry and Southam venue. The classes aren't too crowded and when there is more people then usual Liam always makes sure that everyone had a fair go on the pole. Liam is a great teacher! I've been doing pole for a few years and Liam always manages to find something new and interesting to try in lessons. I've also brought friends who have never done pole to his classes and he's always able to adapt moves to their level. Would highly recommend!
