  • had a magnaclean installed last year , recent boiler check , everything was checked except this Magnaclean as no seals were supplied and if dismantled to clean a seal should be available if any leaks so this not serviced as required Yearly .Adey Customer service do not supply a seal initially and require you to purchase separately at £18.59 as leaks might appear when the Unit is serviced I'm surprised one is not supplied initially but i suppose thats the British way of doing things , over the...

  • I bought a 2XP Pro filter for my heating system after reading that "it can be installed anywhere on the main circuit" according to the Installation PDF. Only to find out this is NOT true on an open vented system, where it breaks Building Regulations to install it into a vented flow pipe. This is the only pipe on my system where installation would have been possible. Now I have to send it back to the supplier at my own expense (costing me £15). Not happy.

  • Good products, however the customer service, including after sales is not existent! Adey also has the horrible habit of spamming. Always need good, honest customer service. Which is something Adey lacks badly.

  • I bought the Magnaclean Twintech but the seals lasted under 6 months. The item is leaking and I am unable to run the central heating. Now the company ADEY want £12 for a new seal pack. They accuse me of over tightening. I explained to them that it has not been over tightened, and that I only hand-tightened it to the final position which I have marked with a permanent marker yet after 6 months service it has began leaking.   • Fantastic Customer Service, dealt with Sarah Bottomley Telesales Advisor, she was able to sort out the problem quickly, professionally and the Customer Service I recieved was without doubt the BEST I have had for years.
