Great training with a good balance of theory and interactive practical exercises using 'real world' examples. Good introduction provided for the the many assessment tools covered.

The onsite Ergonomics Assessor training that Zaheer from Adept Ergonomics provided was engaging, good quality and made what could be a complex subject easy to understand. I would recommend to any business or H&S professionals looking to improve and reduce their ergonomics risks.

Attended an excellent DSE workshop at Ocee Design this week led by Zaheer. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative few hours that gave me a much better understanding on the subject. I would highly recommend Zaheer and Adept Ergonomics.

I recently had a DSE training course that was presented by Zaheer. The course was informative and engaging and the content was presented using a balance of professionalism and just the right amount of humour . I benefited massively from the course and I'm sure the way it was presented played a large part in that .I would not hesitate to recommend Zaheer and Adept Ergonomics .

The course was superb! I came away feeling much more confident and knowledgeable talking about DSE assessments. The first thing I did the next day was set-up my chair and desk properly in the office. Zaheer was very approachable, professional, polite, and he put the class at ease during the day.
