I have been with Adele for over 10 years. I had an extremely all consuming role in education and Adele’s Pilates was my release . Since then I have retired and I look to Pilates to ensure to maintain my mobility, flexibility and core strength . I won a voucher for some of Adele’s classes and now I’m hooked! I feel stronger, my balance is better and I’m more aware of my posture. It’s a weekly reset for my mind and body. Adele is wonderful, she welcomes you warmly and has the magic ability to make you feel great.

As part of our January Wellbeing campaign at LiveWest we worked with Adele to deliver weekly Pilates sessions for colleagues throughout the month. The sessions were extremely popular and Adele demonstrated regressions and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. I love Adele's classes! I've tried a few different pilates classes over the years and it's only Adele's that have kept me motivated, felt like I'm doing my body good and most importantly for someone with a short attention span like myself, interested! I really enjoy using the weights and pilates bands and it's great that Adele gives the class an option of different levels so you don't have to do the hard level if it's too tricky.
