  • Before working with Adam, I used to lack confidence at the gym. I wouldn't dream of walking over to the free weights section. Now, I can walk into the gym, independently, and feel confident enough to use all equipment. Adam works closely with all his clients, consistently reviewing targets and goals and personalises workouts to cater to your needs. His App is thorough enough so that you can feel confident enough to train on your own. Adam is a fantastic trainer - couldn't recommend him enough!

  • I have been training with Adam for over two years now, both at Everlast and mobile in the park. My core strength has improved and I’ve increased weights etc over the period. My overall fitness levels have improved considerable. Adam provides routines to follow for a 6/8 week period, via an app with a review at the end. He amends the routines to suit your individual requirements & abilities. Weekly feedbacks help me to stay on track. Oh and the quarterly get togethers are pretty good too.
