Adam has been my PT for over 2 years. He’s got to know me and he knows how to challenge and push me. We have not done the same workout twice, he’s always coming up with new tweaks and adjustments. Despite being a hard task master, Adam is a really personable guy and we always have a good chat and banter. I’d highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a good workout and/or for those who want to take their training to the next level.

I have trained with Adam for approximately 2 years and cannot speak highly enough of his competence and professionalism as a professional trainer. Adam is a fantastic motivator and has encouraged me to train with more confidence and to greater effect. He has also encouraged me to improve my general well-being by eating more healthily. Completed month one with Adam, honestly couldn’t rate him high enough! Having no previous knowledge myself Adam always explains each exercise and it’s benefits. No 2 sessions are the same & Adam comes up with fun activities for work outs where I don’t even realise how far I’ve pushed myself!
