  • Having trained with Adam for a while, I wouldn't go anywhere else for fitness and nutrition programmes. His friendly approach makes him not only a good trainer but someone who makes the gym a pleasure rather than a chore. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking to reach their goals.

  • After working with Adam for several years I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Adam is a great PT who helped me achieve my goals and enjoy myself while doing it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

  • Adam helped me improve my fitness over four months for a firefighter fitness application assessment. He helped motivate me to improve my cardio to past the bleep test level of 8.8 required. I was only able to get to 6.2 before training with him and help improve my self confidence and belief I was good enough to improve.
