Stay away. This company forces very expensive auto-renewals and does not allow cancellations unless you do it well in advance. That would be OK if they sent reminders using the same name as the service you signed for - but they don't. It's a sleazy practice - stay away from Actuate, In-Touch Networks and any other Actuate business. I intend to take legal action and pull their flaky T&C's apart to protect others

Fraudulent and absolute lack of transparency. In 2020 I made a payment of £250 to In Touch Networks for information on becoming a Non-Executive director. Two years later, Actuate Global have debited £419 from my credit card, citing that COO Krista Long sent an email advising of a payment renewal ahead. Whilst I received the email, alongside the 2 - 3 other emails I receive from them per week, it was written as an invitation to renew a subscription, with no option to cancel, and no information...

BEWARE: Could be on the verge of bankruptcy, as engaging in suspicious financial activity. £594 was taken from my account without my permission 2 months before my renewal date. They send an email saying they will renew you automatically, which any reasonable person would assume would be 12 months from when they last took money. Passport to Executive Success An outstanding course. I would highly recommend this to anyone currently contemplating a career change or simply to just expand your knowledge. The real-life practice was amazing, this consisted of role plays and handouts throughout. I feel I can take what I have learnt into the next chapter of my career with confidence.
