Richard is a great coach that listened well and carved out a programme that suited my needs and busy lifestyle. The exercise schedule coupled with positive nutrition changes have made a noticeable difference. I love that this is change is sustainable which is what I was hoping for all along. Can't thank you enough for the difference you have made to my weight loss journey and my view on fitness in general, Richard!

I’ve trained with Richard for a few years now, I’ve changed to the online programme, I was unsure how much I could push myself at first, I know it’s easy to back away. That said I am settling down and enjoying my new way of training and I do find I can push myself. I will always miss our banter but I do not have any regrets continuing with Richard and this new way to train. My confidence is growing each time I go in the gym 💪🏻

I’ve been training with Rich for a few months and have already seen great results. I’ve lost weight as well as body fat, I have more energy, sleep better and feel better about myself. Rich keeps the routines varied and also gives me great tips on nutrition. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Rich has been amazing and has really helped boost my confidence in the gym. He is incredibly patient and encouraging and designs his workouts so you really make the most of each session.

I've been going to Rich for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! I've lacked motivation and confidence in the past, but now I'm happy to try new equipment and excercises (even if it takes me a few times to get used to it)! Its so positive to see my weights and strength progression, there's no way I could have done it without him. I'm looking forward to see what else I can do in the next few months ☺️
