Steve and Debbie are amazing. They have helped me so much on my weight loss journey so far. I have really enjoyed my PT sessions and also learning a lot about nutrition and calorie deficit. I originally started training with Steve and Debbie circa 10 years ago (with a few breaks here and there) but everytime I go back I love it more and more. They are enthusiastic and knowledgeable which has really helped me with my list of complex medical issues. I have been going to Steve once a week for the past 10 years and benefitted hugely from his knowledge and enthusiasm in the fields of fitness, diet and overall physical wellbeing. Both Debbie & Steve have given helpful advice in motivating me to lose weight then maintain it there together with an improved level of general fitness. Well done to Steve at active Fitness, Not only has he helped me lose a stone in weight he has also helped strengthen my weak joints meaning I no longer have to wear knee and shoulder braces to do any training. A knowledgeable and sympathetic personal trainer who excels at recommending a good diet for an individual as well as their fitness.
