I found Craig by googling personal trainers near me and so glad I did. I’ve been training with Craig for about 6 weeks now and although every session is challenging and hard work I really enjoy it. I already feel stronger and love seeing my PB’s process as the weeks go on. I love the way the workout is available on the App as when I am at the gym on my own between PT sessions I can access the exercises and do them on my own. I’d recommend Craig 100%.

Craig is such a nice guy. This was really important to me as I am not one for going to the gym and needed to have a trainer I could trust. The option of training at his place was a huge bonus. He is friendly, really understanding and listens to what you want to work on. He was tuned in to what encourageements worked for me and tailors your sessions to you. I have been going to Craig's Core Conditioning class for some time. This is a brilliant class, challenging and with enough variety to keep it interesting. As i have had some injuries when needed Craig has adapted the exercises to stretch me but help my recovery. I had a training session with Craig today. I hadn't been to the gym in a few months but I did surprisingly well, Craig's encouragement helped. I learnt a few new exercises too. I liked the fact there wasn't any equipment involved, the flexibility means you could do it at home if you wanted. Craig explained what muscle groups the various exercises focused on and gave a thorough demonstration of how to do the exercises correctly.
