I couldn’t recommend Act On Strength any more highly to anyone looking for a PT. I’m on Dave’s online programme at the moment and I only wish I’d gone to Dave when I first started training. Honestly, cant rate this guy enough. Every time I go into the gym, I feel stronger. David set me up on a program to help me improve my overall look. I’ve been losing fat and getting stronger week by week, and I’m really starting to see a huge improvement in my muscle size and tone. David puts together a really thorough plan broken down into easy steps so I never feel overwhelmed. Hes helped me make some really noticeable changes not just to my fitness but my approach to food which had been the real key to getting where I want to be. Hes also a really friendly, easy to get on with chap which always helps!
