Friendly people and great food.

Super helpful staff. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but everyone means well. It's much more personal than a mainstream college would be and I found that with the centre being so small it worked well for me, and the other students who found crowds too much. The cafe downstairs is reasonable and there's a supermarket opposite. The bus can be irritating at times, but it's not too far from the city centre, which I walked frequently.

Been there over a week doing a CSCS course; am impressed at the excellent technique of the trainer - the coffee is also excellent and so is food...

I've worked in a few Training providers but this is the best. The learner comes first attitude creates a positive learning environment and progressive training approaches enhance the experience.

From an employers perspective, I don't think I could recomend ACT, incorrect paperwork sent, too many mistakes, and changes in assessor during a trainees course. A little chaotic in my opinion.
