I have been with Adam for 3 almost 4 years now and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Adam has always been very supportive of what I wanted to get out of my training and has always tried to help me achieve the goals I wanted to achieve. Since the end of the last lockdown my fitness has come on incredibly which is due to Adam's unfaltering support. ACPT is absolutely amazing at transforming people’s lives. I’ve been training with Adam for three years now and I’ve lost 30kg and built so much muscle that I barely recognise myself. I’ve got so much more confidence in pretty much everything I do and it’s all thanks to him. Adam makes you work for what you want in the gym and it is definitely tough but 100% worth it. Highly recommend Adam as a personal trainer, I joined as a complete beginner and can't believe how much I've learned about exercise and fitness. Adam has gone through all of the exercises and why they work, alongside nutrition facts which I've found so useful. I would definitely struggle in the gym without Adam's support. I really can't recommend Adam enough. A lovely person who's helped me set out realistic goals, and offers great nutritional advice on top of exercises to help me out. He genuinely cares about my progress, and with Adam on board I feel confident I'll achieve my goals!

I did an online programme with Adam, which I really enjoyed. The workouts he sent me was really good which I’ve learnt a lot knowledge of what works for me . I also I learnt so much about nutrition. I felt really comfortable emailing him with any questions I had and he was quick to reply. I would recommend Adam to anyone that does home workouts that can’t get to the gym.
