Before I started my sessions with Adele I was terrified of the weight room and had no confidence to keep up a solid gym routine. With Adele’s teachings and encouragement I now have the confidence to stick to my tailored plan, with my form and strength improving week on week. She is also a great help with nutrition/eating habits without me left feeling restricted. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to introduce some healthier habits into your life!

Absolutely LOVE training with Adele. She gets to know you, what makes you tick, what your goals are. She then formulates a training plan to meet your needs. Under Adele’s guidance my strength and confidence has increased massively. I spent months researching PTs, following them on Instagram but as soon as I found ACM, I knew Adele was the right choice for me.

I began working with Adele after a quick consultation where it was identified that we would be a great pair for training. I went into our first session knowing little to nothing about strength training and 3 months later I was pushing a sled with 140kg added to it and didn't feel like dying! I've been training with Adele for a good few months and I would definitely recommend her services. She helped me to improve my strength and tone. I also feel now more confident when using the gym equipment on my own.
