  • Ash is a great instructor. He made sure we did our warm ups and cool downs but most importantly fun session while exercising. I really enjoyed his boxercise workouts.

  • I recently joined Achieve Fit after a friend recommended it to me. I was worried about joining as I am not very confident in the gym and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up in the classes. Ashley quickly put my mind at ease, the classes were fun and easy to follow. Ashley made sure that the activities were adjusted to suit all ranges of fitness levels.
