Fantastic place to learn, I did a business course level 2 , Lindsay was my tutor and she was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish she was only a email or call away if I had any trouble. Lindsay kept pushing and keeping me focused. Very highly recommended if anyone is interested in taking a course with Access Training.

Access have been an outstanding company to work with. We have lots of apprentices within the Customer Service Centre and a majority of them are completing Housing & Property Management Level 3. I was unsure how this would be applied in action initially due to the nature of our work however I have to say Access were very supportive and worked with us to come up with a plan. Following the success we had, it had since led me to go to them for my own apprenticeship because of how impressed I was!

I did my course with Access and thoroughly enjoyed it. The tutors, Lydia and Claire were amazing, friendly, supportive and most helpful. The assessor Lisa is very supportive and gives great encouragement towards achieving targets. My experience with them was enjoyable, especially the rewards for putting in the extra effort. Homework and revision between the classroom sessions are a must. I am now the proud owner of a diploma for ILM level 2 functional skills in Enlish, maths and ICT 😃.

Completed my level 3 supporting teaching with access, Janet Piano was my assessor, she was brilliant. Provided so much support and encouragement throughout. Very professional and will go out of her way to make sure you succeed. She encouraged me to aim for distinction which I achieved thanks to her.

I am currently completing my Level 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeship with Access Training and they have been so helpful. I have been on programme for about 2 and a half years now and coming to the end of pulling together my portfolio. My assessor (Sarah) has been fantastic and couldn't have carried on with it without her as she has motivated me to keep working through it and is there for help when I need it - thank you Access Training!!
