Did my training July 2022 Still waiting for my certificate...

Appalling service could not take the course due to ill health and they still told Student Finance I was doing the course received the money and now I am being charged for the course. No one gets back to you if you email and phone calls are answered but no action taken. Joke of a company.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with this academy for a number of years now with no success. I had been enrolled on to a level 3 via my then employer. I received no paperwork or assessor, I physically did not start this course. I then left the employer within a short time frame. I am still being chased by student loan to repay a course I never started (through no fault of my own) let alone achieved. Very disappointed with them, i have been trying to contact for a week and no one reply emails or calls. I want to enrol in a course that they have but no one has talked to me.

The worst Academy Ever seen in my hole life. I payed 3500£ for nail course from August 2017 and now is October 2018 I didn't received my diploma. They didn't was able to find a teacher to finish the course. They was planing the exams on April 2017 but that was cancelled one day before. After that they was saying it will be reschedule maybe for next month but till now October 2018 i didn't get any answer from they. They are a waste of time and money!
