  • I'm not a "go to the gym" girl never have been as i get bored easily. So i started the 6 weeks programme thinking it would be a one off .... oh how wrong was I. Now nearly 5 months in and I'm loving it. The variety of exercises and sessions continue to make it interesting and challenging as well as yes dare I say it Fun!! My advice you have nothing to lose just try it and you will be suprised like me.

  • Best gym! Friendly and fun, Stuart is a really great trainer, encouraging and supportive, highly recommend, I look forward to going to the gym!

  • Stuart is absolutely fantastic! I'm a real gym dodger and couldn't think of anything worse! But having Stuart there to support and encourage me was fantastic! It didn't feel like such a chore to use the gym! I dare say I actually enjoyed it! Stuart helped me lose 2.5 stone and I was chuffed to bits! He's a great guy who really takes on board your goals and works with you to come up with a plan to reach them!! You won't regret having Stuart as your personal trainer!

Stuart took time to understand my objectives and set up a bespoke training programme to get me to where I wanted to be a quickly and safely as possible. I loved our sessions together. Stuart is a skilled trainer who knows exactly how far to push you. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to anyone who is serious about getting fit.

  • What can i say about Stuart Wilkinson? Well I will start with a big thankyou for sorting out my knee injury which I believed was actually joint wear. Turns out it was a problem with my right Quad. Stuart has been giving me physio for about 6 weeks now and the results have been absolutely astounding. I can't recommend Stuart enough. I am now back running without a limp or a knee support. I am now back close to PB time at Tilgate parkrun. If you have a sports injury please give Stuart the ch...
