Abi bootcamp classes are not only fun and energetic they really make you sweat and burn those calories. She doesn't just target one area of the body we work on a full body workout. Its fun and different each time with a assortment of weights and body weight work. After each session you feel fantastic and the next day you sure feel it. I can't rate her more 🙂

I've done both PT and group classes with Abi and she is amazing for both! She's been really friendly and welcoming from the start, always pushing you as hard as you can go. There's new exercises to try every week and the sessions are tailored to each individual to get the most out of training each time. I would definitely recommend Abi to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Abi is absolutely incredible! I have an anxiety disorder and was terrified about having a personal trainer; this being entirely out of my comfort zone but from day 1 Abi has made me feel comfortable and relaxed! She ensures each of my sessions are different keeping it interesting and working my whole body. I have seen massive improvements with my body since having Abi as my personal trainer and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend!!

Abi is such a friendly and welcoming PT. Shes brilliant at what she does. All my PT sessions have been completely different and shes always pushing me to do better and better each time to meet my goals, shes given me much more confidence with new exercises I wouldn't have even thought about without her help!! My strength has massively improved and that's all thanks to Abi!!

Abi is an amazing PT instructor, she always offers something different at each session she encourages me to push myself further. Every session is always a good mix of different exercises and she sends me a list of what I've been doing so I can continue doing them when I'm training on my own. Abi also includes taking measurements and a monthly weigh in, to keep you motivated. I love my PT sessions with Abi her energy and positivity is amazing and it keeps me coming back for more 😊
