I have been training with Michael for a number of years now. I began one to one sessions to help build my stamina and improve my overall health. I feel I have achieved this and I am continuing with my weekly sessions. I like the cleanliness and privacy of the studio. Michael is a first class trainer, both supportive and encouraging in helping you to push your own boundaries - certainly gets me lifting weights I wouldn’t be doing on my own! Great gym environment and set up, ideal for small group class with everyone working to their own capabilities - so get yourself along. I’m in 50s and wasn’t a ‘gym person’ - but really enjoying the challenge & fitness benefits this brings.

I have been attending Aberdeen Fitness Studio for a number of years now, both for one to one personal training and small group class training, and I can highly recommend them. Michael keeps the workouts challenging, yet fun and enjoyable. His knowledge is second to none and will support you no matter your level of experience, the gym itself is private with all the equipment you could possibly require, giving excellent results.

I joined this gym on a taster course for 4 weeks as I was curious to find out more about how it worked in a small group PT session. I usually have a problem trying to motivate myself and I find Michael is great at this and now I have a greater energy level and am lifting weights I never would on my own. I have been training with Michael for 4 years now, attending the group PT sessions. I have noticed a positive change to my fitness levels and my strength. Michael has given me the guidance and confidence to lift weights that I didn’t think would be possible for me! The sessions are challenging but enjoyable and I look forward to every one. Michael is encouraging, motivating and pushes me in every session to ensure I achieve my goals! Would highly recommend!
